    Holiday in lodge on the Roseland Peninsula, Cornwall

    Our holiday lodge is on the Roseland Peninsula, close to St Mawes, a very peaceful and quiet part of the south coast of Cornwall

    There are many National Trust beaches in the area, one in particular within easy walking or driving distance and ideal for children

    Outside there is a generous area of decking equipped with a gas barbecue and plenty of outdoor seating. There is a heated indoor swimming pool/sauna/ Jacuzzi in the central stable block available to use free of charge all year round

    Our holiday lodge is on the Roseland Peninsula, close to St Mawes,  a very peaceful and quiet part of the south coast of Cornwall.

    The 2 storey lodge, newly built, has 3 bedrooms, 2  bathrooms and sleeps 6.One of a number of wooden holiday homes, it stands in the grounds of a former manor house, with a wonderful panoramic view out over the sea.  

     

    Outside there is a generous area of decking equipped with a gas barbecue and plenty of outdoor seating. There is a heated indoor swimming pool/sauna/ Jacuzzi in the central stable block available to use free of charge all year round. 

     

    There are many National Trust beaches in the area, one in particular within easy walking or driving distance and ideal for children. A perfect base for exploring Cornwall, on foot (the South West coast path is literally on the doorstep), on a bicycle or in a car. The nearby village of Portscatho has 2 pubs, a shop, a butcher’s shop and a family-friendly restaurant. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, the cathedral town of Truro and Falmouth with its National Maritime Museum are all within easy reach, either by car or by ferry.

     

    No smokers, well-behaved dogs only.

    £30 charge to cover owner costs incurred.

     

    Rental rates vary between £450 per week (off-season) and £1300 (peak).

    Availability  by agreement with  owner.
